   Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Delivery arrangements and times may vary depending on the seller, product, and delivery location.
5. Can I become a seller on NJFREESHOP?
   Yes. Nigerian sellers can register as vendors and list their physical products for customers to purchase through the marketplace.
6. How do I become a seller?
   Create a seller account through NJFREESHOP and complete the required seller information. Once your account is approved, you can use your vendor dashboard to add and manage your products.
7. Are sellers responsible for their own products?
   Yes. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products are accurately described, available, properly packaged, and supplied to customers as ordered. NJFREESHOP may assist with marketplace-related customer and seller issues.
8. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
   Please contact NJFREESHOP as soon as possible and provide your order details and information about the problem. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
9. Can I return a product?
   Returns may be accepted when an order qualifies under our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before requesting a return.
