Sellers must provide accurate information when registering on NJFREESHOP.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products are accurately described, appropriately priced and legally permitted to be sold.
Sellers must fulfil customer orders properly and within the applicable delivery period.
Sellers must not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, dangerous or prohibited products.
NJFREESHOP may remove products, suspend listings or restrict seller accounts where there is a violation of these Terms or applicable laws. - Products and Prices
Product information, images, specifications and prices are provided by sellers.
NJFREESHOP may review or remove listings that violate marketplace rules.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully paid for, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. - Orders and Payments
Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order.
An order is considered successfully placed after the payment process has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of NJFREESHOP or the seller may occur. - Returns and Refunds

Customers should inspect their products after delivery and report damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders as soon as possible.

NJFREESHOP provides the marketplace platform that connects customers and sellers.
Because products are supplied by independent sellers, NJFREESHOP does not manufacture every product listed on the marketplace.
NJFREESHOP will take reasonable steps to operate the marketplace and address customer and seller issues, but cannot guarantee that every seller, product or delivery will always meet a customer’s expectations. - Changes to These Terms
